    Call for papers

    We expect original papers, which are not published or submitted to other publications yet, preferable with an interdisciplinary content.

    The materials will be submitted in English language, in MS Word format, to following address gr.gillich@uem.ro. The papers are expected to present:

  • the state of the art
  • problem formulation
  • theoretical approach
  • experiments and results
  • conclusions
    The review process wil consider both language as well as scientific aspects. Our reviewers will evaluate submitted papers against the following checkpoints:

  • Relevance to the proposed topics
  • Originality
  • Significance & usefulness
  • Technical/scientific validity
  • Reference to the related literature
  • Presentation
  • Linguistic quality.

    By submitting an article the author(s) guarantee that the manuscripts have not already been published or are submitted or planned to be submitted to other conferences or journals.

    When an article is accepted the author will be required to complete a Copyright Assignment and to warrant that the article does not contain any material of a discriminating, obscene or libellous nature or infringe any existing copyright.

    Publication

    The papers will be published in “Analele Universitatii Eftimie Murgu - Fascicola de Inginerie”
    indexed in EBSCO, IndexCopernicus, ProQuest, ICAAP, Livre and RePEc.

    Important dates

    Full paper submission: 15.06.2013
    Notification of paper acceptance/revision request: 15.07.2013
    Submission of revised paper: 31.07.2013
    Registration: 31.07.2013
    Conference: 26-28.09.2013

    Registration fee

    Each participant has to pay 50 lei (max. 2 papers).
    The registration fee covers the Conference materials, coffee breaks and and welcome cocktail.
    For PhD Students the participation is free.
